Lynda Naveda Consulting Ltd. is an Ottawa-based full-service retained search firm focusing on Management and Executive Management professionals in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. Ms. Naveda brings a wealth of sourcing, recruitment and coaching experience to her clients. A highly-effective professional with over 20 years of comprehensive experience in Executive Search, Ms. Naveda is exceptionally well-networked in all sectors in both Canada and the U.S.

Prior to forming her company in 2002, Ms. Naveda was a Senior Search Consultant for 8 years at MAGIC Corporation in Atlanta Georgia, Dallas Texas and San Jose California. MAGIC was a prominent executive search firm employing over 400 executive placement consultants across the U.S. 

Since 1987, Ms. Naveda has conducted search assignments for Federal, Provincial and Municipal Governments as well as telecommunications and manufacturing sectors for a variety of roles from Director to CEO in the private sector and up to EX04 in government. The functional scope of activity includes Finance, Audit, Policy, Communications, Engineering, Sales and Marketing.

Ms. Naveda's background covers the full spectrum of search activities, including sourcing, networking, candidate screening and coaching, selection committee briefing and client relationship management. Ms. Naveda quickly and expertly identifies and attracts top-caliber candidates for her clients. She is described as "a dynamo that leaves no stone unturned" to find the right candidates for her clients.

Ms. Naveda holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario, a Public Administration Certificate from the University of Ottawa and is a Certified Personnel Consultant.
